Europe’s Living Heritage Project
VKL XXI

Heart of a Strong Europe

VKL XXI is an independent civic and author-driven initiative founded and led by Alex Krasiuk. It connects the living heritage and people of Poland, Lithuania, Belarus, and Ukraine — showing how shared memory can enrich Europe’s common future. The project stands with everyone who values freedom, dignity, and democracy — and believes in a strong, united Europe.

Support & Guidance

The initiative stands with all those persecuted by regimes, and with everyone who shares and protects Europe’s values and heritage. VKL XXI also supports ethnic Poles in former CIS countries — especially those who could not return because of WWII and later repressions — by providing guidance and helping them stay connected with Europe through advice, culture, and shared values.
